CNC TURNING

We perform precision CNC turning using modern CNC lathes with driven tools, enabling high accuracy and process repeatability.
We can machine workpieces up to 400 mm in length up to 800mm.

CNC MILLING AND DRILLING

We perform high-precision CNC milling on 3- and 4-axis machining centers, enabling complex and efficient machining of metal materials.

We can machine parts up to Ø500 mm in diameter and up to 500 mm in height, allowing a wide range of production – from simple to complex components.

CNC CUTTING

We provide accurate CNC material cutting, ensuring fast and efficient preparation of workpieces for further machining.

We cut bars up to Ø380 mm in diameter, allowing flexibility when processing different materials and dimensions.

ASSEMBLY

In addition to mechanical machining, we also perform assembly of components onto machined parts.
We install various elements such as bearings, bearing bushings, shaft seals, gaskets, screws, and other components.
We carry out press-fitting, screwing, and subassembly operations, enabling the delivery of fully assembled parts ready for integration into final systems.

We also operate an industrial washing machine that thoroughly cleans machined parts and provides surface protection against corrosion, ensuring durability during transport and storage.
